My double room had all the necessary facilities like an electric kettle, climate control, and a work desk, and the staff were friendly.

Because of my limited mobility I unable to stay in the Hotel, and instead was put into an adjacent row of 'huts' that could loosly be described as Motels. Because I was able to park my car outside the room this was considered as Mobility friendly, which it certainly wasn't. The restuarant was important to me but was closed because it was a Sunday. Luckilly a competitor was nearby. A hotel chain as big as Kyriad should be ashamed. Details of problems below.

Difficult to know where to start. A small bedroom, with a difficult step up into the bathroom. Only one bathtowel. Not a solitary hook in the bathroom. A rubber guard placed over the mattress for protection. No dressing area, only two coathangers, an old TV that needed replacing. I could go on but you can see my reasons for complaint. Even the breakfast was poor and offered limited choices plus I was unable to get a cappacino coffee.

Well-appointed room, spotlessly clean hotel in general.

Free parking outside provided. Magnificent location in a quiet area near a restaurant serving good quality local cuisine, and far enough away to be reasonably quiet...

The staff here are really friendly and attentive, the breakfast had a wide variety of delicious food, and the rooms are clean, compact, and have great overhead showers.

Cozy rooms that are kept clean and come with a handy overhead shower to make sure you've got all the basics you need. the staff here are friendly and helpful. the location is peaceful and lovely, plus they offer on-site parking for convenience. 🚿

Very tidy and new equipped. The beds are good. Nice is the Flat-TV. The staff is able to speak english. The carpark is very big. 24/7 Service.

There is no fence around the hotel, so that everyone can enter into the place.

Great location just off the A6 motorway, close to a large shopping centre with petrol station. Friendly staff, warm and comfortable rooms with TV, tea/coffee facilities, and a full bath with overhead shower. Perfect stopover for a short stay.

Signage to find hotel was on existent on the highway -- had to ask for directions since it wasn't visiable from the highway.

Very close to the A6 motorway and a perfect location to break a journey from the UK ferry ports to the south of France. We were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the restaurant.

The room smelled of stale smoke.

Conveniently located near a restaurant but still quiet enough 😊.

The rooms were overcrowded with beds - 3 where there was only room for 1 double.

Looked like new decor - not my taste orange+brown, but clean bedroom. Nearby (300 m) Grill restaurant offered cheaper meal which was good. Room rate cheaper than others in chain at the time.

Not much to dislike unless picky: attached restaurant was too expensive for my taste; shower cubicle mastic sealant was a bit old and tatty in places. Room was a bit on the small side but for overnight fine.
